This is a practical, people-focused role requiring a strong presence on the shop floor, where you will spend approximately 50% of your time engaging with employees, identifying risks, investigating incidents and coaching safe working practices.\nWhat You Will Do\nAt VistaPrint, safety is about more than procedures and compliance. It is about creating a workplace where people recognise risks, make safe decisions and look out for one another.\nAlongside your daily operational responsibilities, you will support regulatory compliance and drive safety improvement initiatives.\nMaintain a visible presence on the production floor, building relationships with operators, team leaders and managers.\nConduct workplace inspections, identify hazards and address unsafe conditions and behaviours.\nCoach employees on safe working practices and confidently challenge unsafe behaviour when necessary.\nInvestigate incidents, near misses and safety deviations, identifying root causes and coordinating corrective actions.\nSupport risk assessments, safety audits, toolbox talks, contractor safety and employee training.\nManage day-to-day safety activities, including PPE vending machines, BHV emergency response team lists and training arrangements.\nSupport compliance with applicable health and safety legislation, internal standards and relevant environmental requirements.\nIndependently prioritise daily requests while driving longer-term safety improvements and ensuring actions are completed.\nYour Qualifications\nAt VistaPrint, we are striving to hire individuals that add new ideas and perspectives to our teams and enhance our culture. You enjoy working with people, take initiative without waiting for instructions and can balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nIdeally, you have two to five years of experience in Health & Safety, SHE or a related field, preferably in manufacturing, production or another operational environment.
