Reporting to the Accounting Supervisor, this full-time and permanent position is based in Hungary, Budapest and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Accounting Services and its’ growth.\nKey responsibilities:\nProvide support to the Accounting Team by managing daily accounting tasks\nPosting and processing journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded\nUpdating accounts receivable and issue invoices\nUpdating accounts payable and perform reconciliations\nAssist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned\nCollect the missing invoices from the Client via e-mail\nUpdate financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed\nBased on the Senior Accountant's instructions prepare:Basic weekly/monthly reports\nFinancial statements and Repors to the Clients\nMonthly/quarterly/annual tax calculations and returns\n\nAssist Senior Accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings\nAssist with other accounting projects\nKey requirements:\nUniversity degree\nMin 8/10 English knowledge both in written and verbal\nProfessional MS Office knowledge\nMinimum 2 - 4 years experience with hungarian accounting\nIf you are excited about working with us, we encourage you to apply or have a confidential chat with one of our Talent Acquisition team members.
