Reporting to the Project Manager Fund Services, this full time, permanent position is based in Poland and offers global coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact on our business and its growth.\nWe are seeking a highly motivated Application Support Analyst with a strong technical background to provide responsive, high-quality support for our Investor AML/KYC platform\nwhile also contributing to functional and business analysis. This role bridges technology and business needs by troubleshooting issues, gathering requirements, and driving process improvements.\nYou will work closely with Business Users, Analysts, Project Managers, and Technology Teams to analyse processes, enhance systems, support integrations, and drive automation. Your ability to problem-solve, communicate effectively, and contribute to agile development will be key to success.\nYou will provide day-to-day application support while also assisting in key programs and projects through functional analysis, troubleshooting, and system integrations for the Investor AML/KYC platform. Facilitate UAT execution, gather feedback, and ensure user sign-offs before deployment.\nYou will also support the Investor AML/KYC Application Manager and Business Analyst by being involved in Business Process and Training guides while contributing to custom development, API integrations, and data transformation. Enhance system functionality through automation and scripting, ensure seamless operations, and help users adopt new features and process improvements.\nKey Responsibilities\nRespond to user requests in a timely, accurate way through our ServiceDesk Plus ticketing system \nTroubleshoot and resolve issues and other supported applications by engaging with users via phone or web sessions. \nMaintain a strong understanding of Investor AML/KYC platform, including its configuration, integrations, and features \nWork collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve user issues, escalate issues to appropriate team members and ensure tickets are solved within the agreed SLA’s \nCreate/maintain documentation and knowledge articles to support the team and end users \nContribute to testing new features or configurations to validate performance and usability \nAct as champions of the Investor AML/KYC platform, ensure a deep understanding of the platform and its functionalities \nTake ownership of upskilling other application support team members by sharing knowledge of updates, upgrades, and best practices, as well as onboarding new team members \nUphold Vistra’s values by promoting a culture of professionalism and teamwork\nAttributes and Technical Skills\nExperience in supporting, troubleshooting and testing cloud /on-prem applications \nFamiliarity with Investor AML/KYC platforms\nEnthusiastic and high professional integrity \nKey player in contributing to the team’s success \nSQL / scripting experience \nSkilled in stakeholder management, problem-solving, and applying quality management principles \nExcellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skills to manage expectations\nAML/KYC onboarding knowledge\nExperience in regulated environments\nKnowledge of sanctions, PEPs, UBO structures\nAPI and integration knowledge \nRelevant Experience\n3-5 years of experience working in a similar Fund Admin/TA/ Investor Services environment.\nPrior experience in an Investor AML/KYC platform\nEducation and Professional Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; AML/KYC certification is desirable.\nIf you are excited about working with us, we encourage you to apply or have a confidential chat with one of our Talent Acquisition team members.
