Reporting to the Accounting Manager, this full-time and permanent position is based in Zurich and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Markets - EME, Department and it’s growth.\nPurpose of Role\nManaging portfolio of clients and supporting team in general.\nScope\nDirect reports, self-starting and independent, handles client work related to accounting, value-added tax, and direct taxes;\nKey Responsibilities\nMaintain clients accounting incl. subledgers\nAssistance with the preparation of the annual financial statements\nAssisting the team in responding to accounting and tax enquiries\nPreparation of tax and VAT returns \nResponsibility for and monitoring of deadlines for VAT and tax returns, as well as deadline extensions\nAttributes/Technical Skills\nEssential: Communication & collaboration skills, responsible and proactive, fluent in German and English (B2), any other languages are an advantage \nDesirable: Abacus, Microsoft tools\nRelevant Experience\nEssential: Working in a professional services environment\nDesirable: International environment\nEducation and Professional Qualification\nEssential: 2 - 3 years of professional experience\nDesirable: Further education in accounting\nIf you are excited about working with us, we encourage you to apply or have a confidential chat with one of our Talent Acquisition team members.
