We are excited to offer an excellent opportunity to join our team as Associate, Accounting Services. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Indonesia, with local and regional responsibilities, giving you the chance to make a meaningful impact on our team and its continued growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily accounting activities, including AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, and journal entries.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Perform account reconciliation and investigate accounting discrepancies.
- Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documentation.
- Assist in preparing data and documents for audit and tax requirements.
- Ensure accounting transactions comply with applicable accounting standards and company policies.
- Communicate with clients to obtain necessary information and resolve accounting issues.
- Support senior team members in other accounting and reporting activities.
- Ensure all assigned tasks are completed accurately and within agreed deadlines.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting or financial reporting, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in an accounting service/outsourcing firm is an advantage.
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and accounting systems/ERP (Accurate/XERO/SAP).
- Good attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Able to work with multiple clients and meet deadlines.
