This is a full-time, permanent role based in Indonesia, with local and regional responsibilities, giving you the chance to make a meaningful impact on our team and its continued growth.\nKey Responsibilities\nPerform daily accounting activities, including AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliation, and journal entries.\nPrepare monthly financial statements and management reports.\nAssist with month-end and year-end closing processes.\nPerform account reconciliation and investigate accounting discrepancies.\nMaintain proper accounting records and supporting documentation.\nAssist in preparing data and documents for audit and tax requirements.\nEnsure accounting transactions comply with applicable accounting standards and company policies.\nCommunicate with clients to obtain necessary information and resolve accounting issues.\nSupport senior team members in other accounting and reporting activities.\nEnsure all assigned tasks are completed accurately and within agreed deadlines.\nKey Requirements\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting.\n1-2 years of experience in accounting or financial reporting, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.\nExperience in an accounting service/outsourcing firm is an advantage.\nGood understanding of basic accounting principles.\nFamiliar with Microsoft Office and accounting systems/ERP (Accurate/XERO/SAP).\nGood attention to detail and analytical skills.\nGood communication and teamwork skills.\nAble to work with multiple clients and meet deadlines.\nIf you are excited about working with us, we encourage you to apply or have a confidential chat with one of our Talent Acquisition team members.
