Reporting to the Executive Director-Head of Central Business Services, this full-time and permanent position is based in Mauritius and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Department and its’ growth.\nKey responsibilities:\nBuild trustworthy relationships with our existing and new Private Equity, Venture Capital, Infrastructure, Real Estate and Debt Fund clients as well as with external providers servicing the Funds.\n\nManage a portfolio of clients.\nOversee the day-to-day activities of the team\nPerform tasks under the AIFM legal and regulatory environment such as due diligence on new funds and service providers, daily cash flow monitoring, limited partners subscriptions and portfolio asset transactions and asset ownership verification.\nPerform your work in compliance with all existing Netherlands laws and regulations and with Vistra’ s internal procedures.\nOn a quarterly basis, issue the KPI reports for your funds.\nIssue audit confirmations for your portfolio of fund clients.\nAssist in preparing monthly statistics/KPIs for Senior Management\nAlways ensure compliance with AIFM requirements keeping abreast of any legal, regulatory, or professional standards likely to affect our business.\nWork in an open and collaborative team reporting to the Manager\nKey requirements\nAttributes & Skills:\nKnowledge of the AIFM regulatory environment for depositaries.\nAbility to prioritise and work under pressure.\nGood command of Word, Excel and Power Point.\nExcellent organisational and interpersonal skills\nAble to work flexible hours or shift to meet operational needs when required\nPrivate Equity / Real Estate funds experience would be an added advantage\nRelevant experience:\nAt least 5 -7 years’ work experience in a depositary/custody function gained in a professional depositary, a depositary bank or similar experience gained in audit, fund accounting or transfer agent.\nEducation/Professional Qualifications:\n\n Degree in Management, Law and Finance preferably\nCompany Benefits:\nAt our Vistra Mauritius office, we believe in putting our employees’ well-being first!
