Reporting to the Associate Director, this full-time and permanent position is based in Malaysia and you will be one of our team assisting the clients specializing in accounting to have their accounting reporting.\nKey responsibilities:\nPerform Accounting functions for assigned trust/client accounts;\nCollect, analyse and interpret accounting records for book-keeping purposes.\nPrepare full set of accounts and Unaudited Financial Statement, in accordance with trust agreement, regulatory guideline and accounting standards within the target set.\nEnsure strict timeline is adhered to;\nEnsure all records are maintained accurately, including adjusting journal entries;\nEnsure adherence to the policy, procedures and practices of Company;\nUnderstand the basic of accounting procedures and reporting standards;\nGood communication skills to clients, peers within different departments across the organization and stakeholder.\nUndertake ad-hoc functions and related duties as and when required;\nAttributes & Skills:\nDetail-Oriented, Deadline-Oriented;\nGood Time Management;\nReliable, Accuracy, Initiative, Teamwork;\nAble to work independently and handle multiple deliverables;\nScheduling, Monitoring and Analytical thinking;\nExcellent Communication Skills, Interpersonal Skills;\nRelevant experience:\n2-3 years of relevant working experience.\nReviewer experience/People Management.\nHands-on experience with Xero accounting software is a plus.\nComputer proficiency in MS Office/ Excel Applications.\nEducation/Professional Qualifications:\nBachelor’s Degree in Accountancy/Finance or an equivalent qualification.\nCompany Benefits:\nAt our Malaysia office, we believe in putting our employees’ well-being first!
