Reviewing, modifying and approving project specifications of the most complex nature to ensure their conformance to applicable codes and standards and generally accepted industry practices.This role will pay between $109,000 to $160,000 annually depending upon skills and experience. This role is also eligible for bonus, profit sharing and benefits for the employee and their eligible dependents.\nJob Description\nKey Accountabilities:\nUnderstanding the design features of the facility and performing the overall engineering control and/or oversight of all design changes and modifications.\nPerform complex root cause analyses.\nAssisting the Maintenance Manager in planning major outages.\nManaging revisions to plant technical documentation and drawings.\nDeveloping the annual budget for engineering and design support and modification activities.\nResponsible for assisting in the development of other employees in area of expertise.\nServes a lead role on projects, teams, processes, or programs.\nRespond quickly to plant conditions or requirements which may involve extended abnormal work hours.\nExperience or background in the use of personal computers and numerous software applications.\nReporting to NERC.\nMaintaining high professional, personnel and equipment safety and environmental consciousness and compliance standards and practices.\nEducation, Experience & Skill Requirements:\nBS or greater in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a college or university with an accredited engineering program.
