Reporting to the Director, this full-time and permanent position is based in Luxembourg and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Department and its’ growth.\nKey responsibilities:\nMain point of contact on a day-to-day basis for operational matters and critical issues that need to be addressed before work get disseminated to the other team members and to the clients.\nManage a team of accountants/senior accounts and provide relevant guidance and support to the team.\nPreparing/Reviewing the quarterly/annual financial statements, management accounts and accounting packages.\nProviding the necessary documents and support for the statutory filings such as tax returns, VAT returns, BCL reporting, CSSF reporting, FATCA/CRS reporting, etc. Liaising with Tax/VAT advisors and follow-up on the timely filings of the returns.\nProficient in drafting wordings for the disclosure notes under IFRS/LuxGAAP accounting conventions\nPreparing/Reviewing Capital Account Statements and Net Asset Values\nReading/understanding Fund documents like Subscription documents, partnership agreements, and shareholder agreements for existing/new fund and explaining the key terms to team members.\nReviewing capital call and distribution notices\nPreparing/Reviewing waterfall and equalization workings\nReviewing investor requests and any ad hoc requests from client.\nKey requirements\nEffective client-handling skills\nStrong prioritizing ability and organizational skills\nAnalytical, meticulous, and systematic in approach to work\nSound knowledge of IFRS and LuxGAAP\nPossess 6-8 years of experience in audit / accounting fields with at least 4 years in Real Estate industry.\nPrior experience with another Fund Administrator or Fund Manager is preferred, part of which must have been in management or supervisory capacity.\nPossess a bachelor’s degree in accountancy / ACCA or other related studies.\nIf you are excited about working with us, we encourage you to apply or have a confidential chat with one of our Talent Acquisition team members.
