This full-time and permanent position offers regional and international coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact within our Technology team supporting Fund Services operations across multiple jurisdictions.\nAs a Functional Analyst in our Technology team, you will be playing multiple roles, between key escalation point for Paxus support related integration projects while also being involved in a software implementation for our Management Company (ManCo) activities in Luxembourg.\nKey Responsibilities\nPaxus Support & Functionalities Implementation\nServe as the Level 2 support escalation point for Paxus-related issues, driving timely resolution, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement\nLead functional analysis for new functionality implementations, automation initiatives, and integration projects involving Paxus\nGather, document, analyze, and validate business requirements from stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions\nCollaborate closely with development teams on solution design, testing scripts, and end-to-end UAT cycles\nProduce clear, concise documentation that effectively bridges business needs and technical solutions\nSoftware Implementation (ManCo - Luxembourg)\nDrive key implementation workstreams of PMPlus software supporting ManCo activities in Luxembourg\nProduce and maintain comprehensive documentation including functional specifications, process flows, and system configuration\nDevelop training materials and user guides to accelerate end-user adoption and minimize post-go-live issues\nPrepare and coordinate UAT testing - including test scripts, scenarios, and Issue Log tracking\nDesign and implement Support operating models aligned with PMPlus capabilities\nPlan and execute data migration activities into PMPlus, ensuring data integrity and completeness\nSupporting various Hedge & ManCo Dev Projects\nKeep Jira boards clean, prioritized, and up to date\nMaintain and enhance the Project Tracker for visibility across teams\nLead requirements gathering and specifications definition for new initiatives\nKey Requirements\nStrong understanding of business analysis methodologies (requirements gathering, process mapping, gap analysis, UAT coordination)\n3-5 years’ Technology experience in Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency, or ManCo operations\nProven experience in software implementation projects - ideally in a financial services or fund administration context\nExperience providing application support (Level 2) and managing automation and system integration projects\nExcellent organizational skills, combined with strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical abilities\nComfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tenacity, confidence, and resilience to deliver high-quality results\nAbility to make effective and persuasive presentations on complex topics to both technical and non-technical audiences\nDesirable\nExperience in consulting or advisory roles within financial services\nKnowledge of IFRS, UCITS, AIFMD, or other regulatory frameworks relevant to fund services\nFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (Jira, Confluence)\nExposure to data analytics, BI tools, or reporting platforms\nExperience working across multiple jurisdictions or in a global delivery model\nUnderstanding of API integrations, middleware, or ETL processes\nWhy Vistra\nAt Vistra, we believe our clients’ businesses and people thrive when we operate sustainably and responsibly.
