This role requires being responsible for using multiple sources to prospect, qualify and generate new sales leads to support the Head of EMEA Sales. This individual will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify new business prospects from inbound marketing leads, prospect lists and the closure of Payroll Lite opportunities globally.\nKey responsibilities:\nProactively identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, and social selling.\nQualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria.\nSchedule meetings and product demos for Account Executives - achieve and exceed monthly quotas for qualified meetings and leads.\nAssist in marketing content creation including campaigns, newsletter, posts, etc. to refine messaging and improve outreach effectiveness.\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date information in our CRM system.\nContinuously learn about our product, industry trends, and competitors to effectively communicate value to prospects.\nAttributes/Technical Skills:\n1+ years of experience in a sales, lead generation, business development, or customer-facing role (SaaS experience is a plus).\nFresh graduates are welcomed to apply.\nExperience with marketing programs (email campaigns, webinars, events, advertising, content, social media, etc.) and strong understanding of marketing strategies/tactics.\nProven track record for obtaining revenue and operational targets.\nComfortable using CRM software and sales engagement tools (e.g., Hubspot, Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).\nExcellent communication, written and interpersonal skills along with a dynamic approach.\nStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.\nA self-starter with a positive attitude and a passion for sales.\nIf you are excited about working with us, we encourage you to apply or have a confidential chat with one of our Talent Acquisition team members.
