This role requires strong independent execution, the ability to collaborate across diverse teams, and a mindset oriented toward enabling and uplifting those around you.Job Description\nKey Accountabilities\nStrategic Partnership: Collaborate with teams outside of Technology to identify and implement novel AI solutions that solve real-world challenges.\nAI Integration: Embed Generative AI into workflows for developing enterprise data products and ML platforms to drastically improve efficiency and developer velocity.\nTechnical Excellence: Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Python applications and services while promoting best practices for testing, documentation, and maintainability.\nMentorship: Provide technical guidance and oversight to junior developers and offshore delivery resources.\nGovernance & Security: Partner with security, risk, and compliance teams to ensure all solutions meet enterprise standards for governance, privacy, and ethics.\nTechnology Evaluation: Proactively evaluate emerging technologies in the data and AI space to determine their practical viability and business value.\nEducation, Experience, & Skill Requirements\n6-9 years of professional software development experience with a strong emphasis on Python.\nStrong familiarity in applying Generative AI capabilities, including common patterns such as prompt design, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, embeddings & vector stores, and agentic AI.\nData centric engineering experience building services and tools within a data engineering organization.
