Reporting to the Payroll Director, the role is based in Barcelona and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Corporates Department and it’s growth.\nPurpose of Role\nManages the assigned client portfolio and responsible for performing general payroll task for a set of clients.\nKey Responsibilities\nManages a portfolio of clients acting as main point of contact for the clients assigned, escalating when necessary.\nManages, works, and controls the full payroll cycle, making the appropriate checks.\nPrepares and takes care of the presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual withholding income tax (Forms 111/216/190/296/345).\nResponsible for the preparation and filing of social security forms (RNT /RLC/CRA).\nHires & Leavers coordination.\nManages, prepares and controls Companies’ payroll registration process.\nWorks in close collaboration with other departments for any items that may have crossed impact.\nFollows the company quality standards and processes\nAttributes/Technical Skills\nAbility to work in a team\nHigh capacity to learn and interested in payroll processes\nOrganizational and planning skills\nFlexibility and adaptability to changes (ability to relate to different clients).\nStrong attention to detail\nBasic payroll Skills\nEducation and Professional Qualification\nUniversity education in Relaciones Laborales or similar.\nGood level of English.\nProficiency of Spanish Language to be in contact with the Administration\nIf you are excited about working with us, we encourage you to apply or have a confidential chat with one of our Talent Acquisition team members.
