Reporting to the Senior Operation Manager- Payroll, this full-time and permanent position is based in Malaysia and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Payroll department and its’ growth.\nKey responsibilities:\nAssist and coordinate in payroll data migration and parallel testing.\nSupervise the daily operations of the team members.\nEnsure that the month-end close related reports are submitted to clients on a timely manner, that all payroll-related reports and/or information are accurately and completely recorded and reported.\nResponsible for administering and monitoring payroll processing schedule for associates in the team.\nMonitor and coordinates the end to end payroll process of associates in line with ISAE3402 requirement.\nEnsure adequate resource planning to maintain service level with SLA.\nVerify reconciliation and payroll reports prior to transmission to client.\nGuide and ensure proper payroll statutory compliance applied on compensation paid through payroll.\nCoordinate and monitor accurate and timely year-end reporting. \nKey requirements:\nMust possess good communications skills, analytical and problem solving skills.\nGood command of both spoken and written English.\nComputer literate MS Office\nAble to work independently and be a good team player.\nGood interpersonal skills and able to work as a team.\nAble to work under pressure and meet submission deadlines with minimal advice.\nAble to identify and demonstrate clear comprehension of customers and organizational needs.\nPunctuality\nConfident in facing challenges\nMinimum 5 years relevant working experience\nFamiliar with filing of statutory forms and Companies Acts\nProfessional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree in Human Resource Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management, or equivalent\nCompany Benefits:\nAt our Malaysia office, we believe in putting our employees’ well-being first!
