This role sits within the Finance Transformation Programme and combines business analysis, project coordination, and platform support capabilities.\nThe successful candidate will initially focus on supporting market go-lives (workflow deployment, hypercare, user enablement), then progressively take ownership of platform configuration, BAU support, and continuous improvement. As the programme matures, this role will evolve into a broader digital platform support function - providing operational and technical support across Vistra’s wider ecosystem of digital tools (including document management, client portals, reporting platforms, and enterprise integrations).\nThis is a hands-on, techno-functional role - not purely process advisory. It is designed for someone who wants to grow with the organisation’s digital transformation journey, not just deliver a single project.\nKey Responsibilities\nMarket Rollout Support (Primary - Near Term)\nSupport the deployment of standardised global workflows using the enterprise workflow platform.\nGather market-specific requirements (local regulatory, language, operational nuances) and prepare localised templates.\nCoordinate and support workflow design workshops with market stakeholders.\nManage market readiness activities: UAT coordination, data validation, go-live checklists.\nProvide hypercare support post go-live - resolve user queries, track issues, escalate where needed.\nMaintain rollout trackers, issue logs, and status reporting.\nProject Coordination & Stakeholder Management\nCoordinate cross-functional activities across the programme team, market leads, and platform vendor.\nManage workshop scheduling, pre-work distribution, and follow-up actions.\nTrack deliverables, dependencies, and risks across assigned workstreams.\nPrepare status updates and materials for programme governance forums.\nSupport the Programme Manager with planning, sequencing, and prioritisation decisions.\nPlatform Configuration & Administration (Medium Term)\nLearn and progressively own workflow platform configuration: work types, task templates, automations, and custom fields.\nSet up and manage users, teams, and permissions within the workflow platform.\nConfigure email triage rules, automated assignments, and notification settings.\nSupport DMS (SharePoint) folder structure setup aligned with workflow requirements.\nTest configurations, identify defects, and coordinate resolution with the vendor.\nBAU Support & User Enablement\nServe as first/second-line support for workflow platform queries from assigned market users.\nTriage and resolve user issues; escalate complex configuration matters to vendor or senior team.\nDevelop and maintain user guides, FAQs, quick-reference materials \nSupport training delivery and champion networks in-market.\nGather user feedback and translate into improvement recommendations.\nWider Digital Platform Support (Post-Rollout Evolution)\nTransition into a broader support role across Vistra’s digital platform ecosystem, including:Document Management System - folder structures, permissions, metadata, templates.\nClient Portal / Reporting Tools - user setup, configuration, troubleshooting.\nEnterprise Integrations - supporting connectivity and data flows between business applications.\nFuture Digital Tools - onboarding and supporting new platforms as Vistra’s digital transformation agenda expands.\n\nContribute to building and operating a centralised Digital Transformation Support Model.\nSupport cross-platform process optimisation and automation initiatives.\nAct as a bridge between business users and technology teams for operational digital queries.\nContinuous Improvement\nMonitor workflow performance metrics and identify optimisation opportunities.\nPropose workflow enhancements based on user feedback and operational data.\nSupport standardisation of best practices across markets.\nIdentify automation opportunities across digital platforms to reduce manual effort.\nAttributes and Technical Skills\nBehavioural Competencies\nStrong communication and stakeholder management across cultures and seniority levels.\nStructured problem-solving and attention to detail.\nAbility to translate business requirements into system configurations.\nProactive, self-directed work style - comfortable operating with minimal supervision.\nAdaptable and resilient in a fast-changing programme environment.\nCollaborative team player who can work effectively across time zones.\nCuriosity and willingness to learn new platforms and technologies quickly.\nGrowth mindset - willingness to expand scope beyond initial project into broader digital support.\nTechnical Skills\nPlatform configuration and administration (workflow tools, business rules, user management).\nProcess mapping and documentation (Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, or similar).\nSharePoint configuration and folder/permissions management.\nData analysis and reporting (Excel, Power BI, or similar).\nUAT planning, test case development, and defect tracking.\nDocumentation and SOP development.\nBasic understanding of enterprise integrations (APIs, connectors, data flows) is a plus.\nRelevant Experience\n3-5 years of experience in business analysis, project coordination, or operations/systems support roles.\nExperience supporting enterprise software implementations or rollouts (ERP, workflow platforms, CRM, or similar).\nFamiliarity with workflow/project management platforms (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, ServiceNow, Enate, or similar).\nExperience with SharePoint or document management systems.\nBackground in professional services, accounting, tax, financial services, or corporate services environments preferred.\nExperience working in multi-market or cross-border environments is a strong advantage.\nFluent in English\nEducation/Memberships\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline.\nProject management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) is a plus.\nLean Six Sigma or process improvement certification is a plus.\nIf you are excited about working with us, we encourage you to apply or have a confidential chat with one of our Talent Acquisition team members.
