Reporting to the Head of Onboarding EME, this full-time, permanent position is based in the Netherlands and offers local coverage.\nPurpose of the Role\nThe Senior Onboarding Manager for the Netherlands will be responsible for managing and co-ordinating the full spectrum of onboarding activities, from working with the commercial teams, clients, completing KYC, performing risk assessments and handover to the Service Delivery teams. This role ensures a seamless and compliant client experience while working closely with internal stakeholders and clients. The ideal candidate will drive efficiency, risk mitigation, and process enhancements to optimize the client journey.\nKey Responsibilities\nClient Onboarding and Due Diligence:\nPlan, manage and oversee the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring timely and efficient client activation.\nAct as the primary Onboarding contact for new clients, working with the commercial and service delivery teams to ensure a seamless transition into Vistra.\nCollaborate with internal teams (commercial, Compliance, Service Delivery) to agree plans and ensure all onboarding requirements are achieved in a timely manner.\nProcess Governance & Optimization\nMaintain data to support management oversight (local, regional and global) of process effectiveness and enable processing risks to be identified and managed quickly\nLeverage technology, automation, and data analytics to improve client lifecycle management. Look for opportunities to add value and reduce the costs of processing \nCollaborate with global and regional teams to ensure alignment of onboarding processes with organizational goals\nOperational Excellence:\nIdentify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with the onboarding process for individual clients, and across the process as a whole.\nPartner with compliance teams to manage regulatory changes impacting the onboarding activities.\nLeverage technology and automation tools to improve onboarding workflows and reduce manual effort.\nSupporting Business Development and Growth:\nSupport business development efforts by providing onboarding expertise in client pitches and proposals.\nIdentify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional Vistra services during the onboarding process.\nSupport with uploading and maintaining opportunities on V Force \nAttributes and Technical skills\nExcellent interpersonal skills to engage with clients and internal teams effectively\nAbility to assess risks, identify inefficiencies, and implement process improvements\nBasic knowledge of AML/KYC regulatory requirements, and industry standards\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with a client-centric approach.\nRelevant Experience\n2 - 5 years of experience in client services, onboarding and KYC, or client lifecycle management\nFamiliarity with Dutch Corporate structures and/or European corporate clients\nExperience with onboarding corporate clients within a Corporate Services, Fund Administration or Financial Services Provider under both WTT and WWFT regimes\nEducation and Professional Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., MBA, CFA) preferred. \nIf you are excited about working with us, we encourage you to apply or have a confidential chat with one of our Talent Acquisition team members.
