This position provides direct supervision and strategic oversight of technical personnel responsible for Predictive Maintenance (PdM), Maintenance Planning, Training and Qualification Programs, Corrective Action Program (CAP) activities, and Project Management initiatives.\nThe role serves as a central leader in developing and executing maintenance strategies that improve asset reliability, optimize work management processes, strengthen workforce capabilities, and ensure timely resolution of identified performance gaps. The Manager collaborates closely with Maintenance, Operations, Engineering, and Site Leadership to establish performance standards, monitor program effectiveness, and deliver initiatives that support plant safety, reliability, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.\nKey responsibilities include establishing long-term maintenance program strategies, managing technical resources, overseeing corrective action development and implementation, directing maintenance planning and scheduling processes, administering training and qualification programs, and leading cross-functional projects that enhance organizational performance.
