Reporting to the Strategic Land Head of Finance, you will support the business unit in providing insightful financial and commercial analysis to ensure that the business can progress towards achieving its long-term objectives. You will be responsible for all aspects of budgeting and forecasting including the annual budget process, the 5-year strategic plan and the short-term cashflow submissions. This is a broad finance role liaising closely with operational colleagues to ensure timely and accurate information is presented to the Strategic Land Board.\nThe Strategic Land team supports long-term land acquisition and promotion activity across the Group.
