As our Utilities Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the utility connections, statutory authority and third-party service works from project viability appraisal / inception, through to completion including requesting quotes, assisting commercial colleagues to place orders, and managing off site & on-site works.\nYou will identify contractual, financial, technical, and operational risks and to find opportunities for value engineering, in order to minimise risk and maximise gross profit on contracts.
