options.\n\nZakres obowiązków\nDesign and implement robust software solutions for FX trading systems using core Java.\nBuild high-performance backend services that algorithmically manage and route orders.\nCreate thorough test cases to ensure software stability and reliability.\nCollaborate with operations teams regarding building new features and improving existing functionality.\nWymagania\n\nMust haveCurrent Java programming experience, with a strong understanding of programming concepts, including algorithms, complexity, and multi-threading, and Java’s language capabilities and standard libraries.\nGood knowledge of the data structures: familiarity with the Java collections framework, depth of understanding of the commonly used data structures, intuition on what to use when.\nProven experience building backend services for front-office trading systems.\nDeep understanding of front-office workflows and electronic trading platforms (any asset class).\nBuilt or contributed to the algorithmic order management systems or order routing systems (any asset class).\nExpertise in multi-threading, event-driven systems, and performance tuning.\nAbility to break down complex workflows into maintainable, high-quality solutions.\nStrong communication skills and comfort working in high-stakes, trader-facing environments.\nKnowledge that is required for building low-latency (measured in microseconds) trading systems.\nAbility to align your work with a 6 hour overlap with US Eastern business hours.\nNice to haveExperience with trading
