American bank, directly supporting the development of frontends for systems used to support the bank’s fixed income business. They must also be curious, open-minded, and desire to learn new things. English proficiency is a must.\nThe role requires knowledge of fixed income trading flows. Ideally, you will have worked on applications that dealt directly with RFQ flow, but other fixed income experience is welcome.\nThis role is for developers who are good at programming, and not merely applying learned techniques.\n We’re looking for people who understand how things work and are not \nmerely practitioners or technicians. If you’re fascinated by \nunderstanding systems “under the hood”, this role is for you. Successful\n candidates enjoy geeking out on the internals and debugging application\n performance issues.\nThis is a fully remote front-end React development role for a developer in Poland or Romania. You will be working through a Polish company that will provide the \nsupport and administrative assistance to make you successful in the \nrole. We are looking for people to join the team long-term.\nTo ensure efficient onboarding, you’ll work in sync with the American team during US Eastern business hours for the first two months.\n Working this way maximizes your time overlap for answering questions, \nwhich means you can learn quickly. That means working until 21:00 CET. \nAfter you demonstrate that you can work independently, you’ll have \nflexibility to shift closer to standard Polish business hours.\n\nOnly open to residents of Poland and Romania. Citizens and legal residents with permission to work in Poland or Romania are welcome.\n\nZakres obowiązków\nDesign, develop, and maintain desktop applications written in React in JavaScript and TypeScript using the OpenFin framework.\nEnsure high performance and reliability by writing well-structured code.\nWork with backend systems via REST APIs and data streaming. Ability to read backend Java code is a plus.\nParticipate in team discussions and contribute to architectural decisions for improving system scalability and maintainability.\nWymagania\n\nMust-Haves\n6+ years of professional experience with React and JavaScript/TypeScript.\n\nUnderstanding of fixed income trading.
