You're not just measuring what happens, you're defining what we should measure, designing the systems to understand our users deeply, and translating insights into strategic recommendations that directly shape our product direction and growth.\nThis is a hands-on, hybrid role that sits at the intersection of quantitative analysis and direct user contact. You'll build the measurement frameworks that tell us whether we're winning. You'll design and maintain the processes for ongoing clinician feedback. You'll analyze usage patterns across our multi-channel model (individual subscriptions and institutional licenses) to identify growth opportunities. And you'll synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights to make a compelling case for what we should build next.\nYou'll partner closely with Product, Engineering, and our go-to-market teams to turn ambiguous questions into clear answers. You'll proactively surface insights others haven't seen. You'll create self-serve tools so teams can make decisions without waiting on you.\nEssential Functions\nOwn the analytical narrative for our product. Define KPIs and measurement frameworks that establish what success looks like, both at baseline and for individual initiatives, feature releases, and campaigns. You'll partner with leadership and product teams to shape these frameworks, not just execute within them.\nDesign and build a sustainable program for ongoing clinician feedback. You'll create the system, recruiting users, scheduling regular cadences, synthesizing findings, distributing insights. That keeps us connected to how clinicians actually use our product and where they struggle.\nAnalyze product usage data (retention, feature adoption, session behavior, engagement) across our multi-channel model. Understand how individual subscriptions and institutional licenses drive adoption and value differently. Identify cohort differences and engagement drivers. Know what's working where, and why.\nMarry qualitative and quantitative insights to build sound arguments. Combine what you learned from clinician calls with what the data reveals. Use both to inform roadmap priorities, strategic initiatives, and go-to-market decisions. Make the case for what we should build next.\nUnderstand and inform the end-to-end user journey. Track how clinicians move from initial awareness (marketing campaigns) through product discovery, feature engagement, and subscription/licensing decisions. Identify friction points and opportunities across the full journey.\nBuild and maintain dashboards and reports that give the product team a continuous read on engagement health. Create self-serve reporting tools based on department needs so teams can answer their own questions without waiting on you.\nDesign and run cohort and funnel analyses to explain why metrics move, not just that they moved. Use segmentation to reveal which user types drive value, which are at risk, and what interventions might help.\nPartner with PMs, Engineering, and Marketing to define what should be tracked as new features ship and campaigns launch. Ensure instrumentation is built in from the start, not bolted on afterward.\nProactively surface insights and recommendations that go beyond the ask. Identify opportunities others haven't seen. Challenge assumptions with data. Help teams move faster and smarter.\nPresent findings and recommendations to leadership for strategic planning and roadmap decisions. Communicate technical and data details clearly to non-technical stakeholders.\nRequirements\nEssential Qualifications\n5+ years in product analytics, growth analytics, user research, or a related analytical role where you owned business-critical metrics or initiatives.\nYou've owned the analytical narrative for at least one product area, defining KPIs, designing measurement frameworks, surfacing insights that drove decisions, and influencing what got built. You've done this independently, not just reported against existing frameworks.\nTrack record of designing programs and seeing them through: you've built dashboards that stuck, designed and maintained ongoing research cadences, or created reporting systems that changed how teams made decisions.\nStrong SQL skills. You write queries independently to explore product data and answer complex questions. You're comfortable working directly with event data, telemetry, and imperfect instrumentation.\nAbility to turn ambiguous product questions into structured analyses and actionable insights. You know how to ask the right follow-up questions, wrangle messy data, and isolate what actually matters.\nExperience analyzing adoption, engagement, funnel metrics, cohorts, and usage patterns. You understand how to segment users and identify what drives behavior differences.\nClear communicator who can explain analytical findings and data nuances to both technical and non-technical audiences. You're a strong storyteller who knows how to make a compelling, concise case for action.\nProduct instinct. You think about clinician workflows and user friction, not just metrics. You ask 'why does this matter to the user?' and 'what should we do differently?', not just 'what does the data say?'\nComfortable partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and go-to-market teams. You proactively bring data into conversations early, when it can shape decisions.\nPreferred Qualifications\nFamiliarity with healthcare workflows, clinical decision support, or enterprise SaaS. You understand the complexity of products used by clinicians and purchased by institutions.\nExperience with multi-channel or dual go-to-market models (e.g., freemium + enterprise, direct + institutional, product-led growth + sales-led). You understand how individual adoption influences institutional decision-making and vice versa.\nExperience designing and analyzing A/B tests or other experiments. You can frame hypotheses, design clear tests, and interpret results.\nComfort with modern analytics platforms and BI tools. Familiarity with Sigma, Looker, Mixpanel, or similar is a plus. We care more about your ability to learn tools quickly than whether you've used our exact stack.\nYou use AI tools proactively and hold AI-assisted work to the same bar as your own.\nA track record of learning new domains and becoming an expert quickly. You don't need to know CDS or healthcare IT today, but you should want to understand how it works.\nPhysical Requirements\nRegularly required to talk and hear. \nFrequently required to use hands and fingers and reach with hands and arms.\nProlonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. \nAble to travel as needed. \nThe salary range for this position is $90,000-$105,000. VisualDx is committed to pay transparency. Actual salary will be determined by work experience and educational background.\nVisualDX is hiring in Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Rhode Island, Texas, Utah and Virginia. Applicants must reside in one of these states to be hired. This role requires working during Eastern Time business hours.","description_format":"text","description_chars":7304,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":5,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":["Growth opportunities"],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Health Care"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-09-29T02:49:36Z"}],"liveness":{"score":86,"band":"hot","label":"Hiring now","p_open":1,"p_active":0.86,"p_room":1,"age_days":6,"expected_fill_days":42,"reasons":["conf:32","win:early"],"computed_at":"2026-10-01T05:45:00Z"},"pay":{"stated_usd_annual":105000,"is_top_pay":false},"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/visualdx-senior-product-analyst","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/visualdx-senior-product-analyst.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-10-02T01:59:59Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","usage":{"tier":"crawler","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":2588,"day_limit":5000,"remaining_today":2412,"minute_limit":60,"resets_at":"2026-10-03T00:00:00Z"}}}
