Working closely with site leaders, managers and employees, you’ll provide practical HSE expertise, support compliance and build capability to achieve sustainable improvements.\nWhat You’ll Do\nImplement HSE policies, standards and management systems across nominated sites.\nCoach leaders and employees to improve HSE compliance, accountability and behaviours.\nIdentify operational risks, analyse HSE trends and drive targeted corrective actions.\nUndertake HSE audits and support sites in the development and execution of improvement plans\nSupport HSE reporting, management reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.\nProvide guidance on HSE legislation, risk controls and management system requirements.\nWhat You’ll Bring\nRelevant HSE qualifications and experience in manufacturing or heavy industry.\nWorking knowledge of HSE legislation and exposure to ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.\nCoaching, communication and stakeholder influencing skills.\nA practical, solutions-focused approach to risk management and continuous improvement.\nThe ability to analyse information, manage competing priorities and work autonomously.\nHSE auditing and management system experience will be advantageous.\nAbout Visy\nVisy is powering the circular economy, closing the loop between packaging, remanufacturing and recycling.
