This is a full-time permanent career role.\nDays Monday - Friday 7am - 3pm\n40hour weeks (with 4 hours banked RDO time)\nSaturdays and Sundays available at penalty rates \nReporting to the Maintenance Manager, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our plant running smoothly and safely.\nWhat you’ll do:\nDiagnose and fix problems with components, Alan Bradley PLCs, wiring and equipment throughout the plant.\nInvolvement in upgrades to electrical systems and completing overhauls of equipment as required.\nPerform routine electrical checks and attend breakdowns in a timely manner.\nComplete daily work orders - we use Ampro system\nWhat you’ll bring:\nElectrical trade qualification with an open A grade VIC electrical licence.\nExperience in Alan Bradley PLC control system, automation diagnostics and fault finding\nStrong experience in preventative and breakdown maintenance in fast-paced manufacturing environments - ideally in the food space\nWorking alongside the production team to resolve issues.\nPassion for continuous improvement and optimisation.\nA proactive attitude and a commitment to safety.\nWhat you’ll love when you join us:\nWhen you join Visy, you’re joining a team that values you.
