You’ll report to the Director, Content & Growth. You’ll work day to day with our Social Producer and Social Community Manager. \nLead low-fi, socially-led content that reacts to culture in real time. \nOwn TikTok and YouTube, lead big idea sessions and manage creator relationships. \nLOCATION: This is a hybrid role based in our New York City HQ, with three days a week in the office. \nIN A NUTSHELL, YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR: \nCreate low-fi, socially-led video and photo content, from concept to post. \nFully manage TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram Reels including planning, publishing and performance. \nWork with Social Producer to curate an on-brand, aesthetic Instagram feed \nBring new socially-led partnerships to the table \nSupport with community management - we always reply! \nLead brainstorms and big idea sessions. \nSource, brief and own relationships with content creators. \nTurn trends into fast, reactive content. \nRally employees to appear in content. \nShare TikTok and YouTube learnings/metrics for monthly reporting. \nTest on LinkedIn! Is it the new frontier? \nConstantly be pushing the envelope in terms of what social media marketing can be, should be and is. \nWHAT YOU’LL BRING: \nMust-Haves \n3-5 years creating social content for a brand, agency or as a creator. \nHands-on short-form shooting and editing skills. \nDeep knowledge of TikTok and YouTube. \nExperience managing content creators. \nNice-to-Haves \nExperience growing a YouTube or LinkedIn channel \nComfort on camera. \nExperience in beverage, CPG, wellness or sports brands. \nKEY COMPETENCIES: \nBig idea energy \nSwiss Army knife \nTapped in to culture \nFast and agile \nADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: \nThree days a week in our NYC office, plus shoots and events as needed. \nOccasional after-hours posting around cultural moments. \nThis is a reasonable estimate of the current pay range for this position. The base pay actually offered may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
