You will achieve monthly and annual blood collection goals by building lasting relationships with volunteer coordinators and community partners. Through strategic outreach, collaboration, and coaching, you'll help maintain and grow existing accounts while identifying new opportunities to host lifesaving blood drives-especially with an emphasis on bringing in first-time donors.\nWhat to Expect\nSchedule\nFull-time, Monday-Friday with occasional evenings and weekends for blood drive events.
