You will assist Vitalant's donor care team in setting up blood drives at locations withing a 200-mile range while creating comfortable, convenient, and consistent blood donation experiences for our donors. Every day you will help save lives and have a vital impact on your community.\nWhat to Expect\nSchedule: Monday-Saturday, 5 day week. (This position will be mostly mobile operations with the potential for fixed site operations as well)\nBase pay: $17.09 - $18.27\nOther compensation: 5% mobile premium\nSalary is commensurate with a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and geographic location.\nStart Date: 12/14/2026\nTraining Information:\n10-week Paid Mandatory Training program - 100% attendance required.\n\nIncluding 8 weeks in Billings, MT (All Expenses: hotel room and food Paid by the company).\n\nTraining schedule is Monday - Friday 7:00am -5:30pm;
