As a Sr. ERP Developer - Workday, you’ll serve as an internal technical expert, developing, enhancing, and supporting Workday applications that enable our teams to work more effectively. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners to design solutions, implement process improvements, troubleshoot complex issues, and assess enterprise-wide impacts. Through application development, release management, root cause analysis, end-user support, and technical documentation, you’ll help ensure our Workday solutions evolve to meet business needs and advance Vitalant’s mission.\nCompensation: $100,000 - Workday, you’ll get to:\nManage, maintain, and troubleshoot Workday modules, configurations, and customizations, ensuring system performance, data accuracy, security, and integrity.\nPartner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and deliver solutions that support business needs and enterprise objectives.\nDevelop, maintain, and optimize Workday integrations, reports, dashboards, and analytics using EIB, Core and Cloud Connectors, Web Services, Workday Studio, and other Workday tools.\nMonitor integration performance, resolve technical issues, and implement enhancements to improve system reliability, scalability, and efficiency.\nLead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance Workday functionality, streamline processes, and support evolving business requirements.\nPlan and execute testing for configurations, integrations, and deployments to ensure solution quality and successful implementation.\nConduct regular audits and maintain compliance with data security, privacy policies, internal procedures, external regulations, and Workday best practices.\nProvide technical guidance and share development best practices with developers, functional analysts, and other team members.\nMaintain detailed technical documentation, including system configurations, processes, workflows, and integrations.\nCoordinate with internal support teams and external vendors to resolve critical issues promptly and deliver quality customer service.\nREQUIREMENTS:\nKNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field required.\nMaster's degree preferred.\nDeep understanding of ERP systems, preferably Workday, including integration architecture, security models, and advanced development tools.\nKnowledge of automated applications systems, system development life cycle, and project management principles required.\nLICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS\nWorkday Developer or Integration Certification preferred.\nEXPERIENCE\nMinimum 5 years of experience in building integrations within the Workday ecosystem using cloud connectors, EIB, and Workday Studio required.\nStrong experience with Workday Integration toolset -Studio, EIB document transformation, Core Connector, Cloud Connect, PECI, Report Writer, BIRT, RaaS, XML & XSLT, Web Services, REST & SOAP API required.\nExperience with developing applications using Workday Extend required.\nUnderstanding of Workday business processes framework, and Workday domain security required.\nExperience working with various document transfer formats such as EDI preferred.\nExperience working with Workday Prism preferred.\nExperience with middleware platforms (e.g., Dell Boomi, Jitterbit, or similar) preferred\nSKILLS/ABILITIES\nMust possess the skills and abilities to successfully perform all assigned duties and responsibilities.\nMust be able to maintain confidentiality.\nExcellent problem-solving and customer service skills with a keen attention to detail.\nAbility to gather technical and business requirements and translate into action plans.\nDemonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deliver timely, quality work within deadlines.\nLocation:\nVitalant Remote Work\nPhoenix, AZ 85007\nJob Category:\nInformation Technology (IT)Contact Information: \nIf you are impact-inspired to help others, and making a difference is vital for you, you'll experience a career built on purpose, a company created to care, and a team committed to lead -
