This position serves as a liaison between the franchise partners and Vital Care Infusion Services to ensure all onboarding tasks meet expectations, are guided by precedent, and work in compliance with established policy. This position also provides ongoing consultative support and educational development services as needed. Support and development activities provided by this position must meet applicable regulatory compliance and industry expectations.\nDuties/Responsibilities:\ncompliance with USP Chapter and USP Chapter regulations and any applicable state Board of Pharmacy regulations related to compounding rooms, devices, supplies, and personnel. This includes supporting new franchisees and approved vendors with ISO classified areas, verifying that recommended products used meet USP requirements for sterile compounding, and supporting the training efforts for new compounding personnel.\nSupports developing and revising facility design resources and sterile compounding training resources for franchise employees.\nProvides consultative support and guidance to new infusion pharmacy franchises in areas related to facility construction, sterile compounding, preparing for and responding to initial regulatory surveys and inspections, vendor management, optimal workflow strategies, new hire orientation, annual training, and other pharmacy operational activities.\nReview current onboarding program standards, resources, and educational programs on an ongoing basis; document and revise them as needed to meet franchise needs and regulatory standards.\nDevelops, interacts with, and maintains effective relationships with sterile compounding-related equipment and supply vendors serving the franchise network; supports timely order, delivery, and equipment installation at each franchise location.\nDevelops, facilitates, and serves as the Company’s liaison with franchise owners, their construction contractor teams, and Vital Care’s vendors to ensure timely construction project completion.\nServes as a resource concerning accreditation, pharmacy, and sterile compounding-related regulations and standards.\nFacilitate internal collaboration to ensure key milestones are completed on time and meeting expectations.\nAnalyze, review, and report on progress with team members and business partners.\nComplete assigned projects efficiently and effectively based on departmental expectations.\nFollow the established protocol for implementing new franchises while being solution-oriented and resourceful to identify challenges and opportunities proactively throughout the process.\nFacilitate and manage franchises within the company’s project management system.\nCollaborate and delegate critical onboarding tasks to subject matter experts in response to franchise location requests for assistance.\nEngage in consistent and timely follow-up communications with franchise partners using various media platforms (i.e., text, email, Microsoft Teams).\nCommunicates and provides reports to leadership as requested.\nFollows and abides by all company policies and procedures.\nOther duties as assigned.\nRequired Skills/Abilities:\nPrior experience in roles involving sterile compounding and infusion pharmacy.\nExcellent organizational and communication skills.\nExcellent teaching skills and ability to demonstrate and communicate critical procedures to pharmacy professionals.\nStrong business acumen with the ability to quickly grasp issues and understand strategy and demonstrated ability to work independently and make good business decisions.\nDemonstrated process and project ownership orientation with the ability to manage priorities and meet time commitments.\nAbility to effectively collaborate and communicate project status with onboarding teams and Company leadership.\nHighly skilled communicator in verbal, written, and oral presentation of information.\nDemonstrated analytical, quantitative, and organizational skills, providing the ability to analyze progress, identify trends and anomalies, and recommend needed improvements.\nSolution-oriented and resourceful, demonstrates excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.\nProficient in MS Office Suite and demonstrated ability to work effectively within Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Program Management systems.\nEducation and Experience:\nHigh school diploma/associate degree or equivalent.\nCertification from a nationally accredited pharmacy technician certification program and maintaining ongoing education requirements are preferred.\nPrior experience in roles involving infusion pharmacy operations, regulatory compliance, and accreditation preferred.\nPhysical Requirements:\nSitting: Prolonged periods of sitting are typical, often for the majority of the workday.\nKeyboarding: Frequent use of a keyboard for typing and data entry.\nReaching: Occasionally reaching for items such as files, documents, or office supplies.\nFine Motor Skills: Precise movements of the fingers and hands for tasks like typing, using a mouse, and handling paperwork.\nVisual Acuity: Good vision for reading documents, computer screens, and other detailed work.\nBe part of an organization that invests in you!
