innovation, and aligning development efforts with our global business objectives.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nProvide vision and direction to engineering teams, set measurable goals aligned with business priorities, and ensure adherence to engineering best practices while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.\n\nLead, mentor, and develop Architects, Tech Leads, and Engineers.\n\nOversee resource allocation, capacity planning, performance reviews, time tracking, and productivity reporting.\n\nSupport career development and succession planning to build future engineering leaders.\n\nGuide teams in adopting scalable, secure, and robust solutions.\n\nMaintain coding standards, advocate for best practices, DevOps practices, AI-assisted engineering tools, and stay current with emerging technologies.\n\nCollaborate on design and development, contribute to prototypes, review code, and step in to provide hands-on support when required.\n\nBuild strong relationships with product managers, engineering leads, and leadership teams.\n\nEnsure effective communication of project progress, delivery forecasts, dependencies, and risks.\n\nOwn delivery outcomes by driving predictable execution, effective sprint planning, risk management, dependency tracking, and timely issue resolution.\n\nParticipate in recruitment, interviews, and onboarding.\n\nPromote research and development (R&D) and engineering working groups.\n\nDrive process improvements, promote Agile and DevOps practices, automation, engineering metrics, and data-driven decision-making, and invest in the professional growth of yourself and your team.\n\nQualifications & Experience\n\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent qualification.\n\n7+ years of software development experience, including at least 3+ years of experience leading engineering teams or in people management roles.\n\nStrong background in Agile software development and modern engineering practices.\n\nProven experience managing product engineering teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.\n\nExperience delivering complex software products with accountability for quality, timelines, and business outcomes.\n\nExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.\n\nExperience in recruiting, mentoring, and developing top engineering talent.\n\nHands-on technical expertise with the ability to support teams in solving complex challenges.\n\nStrong understanding of software architecture, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices and modern software engineering principles.\n\nPassion for innovation, continuous learning, and driving technical
