This role involves direct collaboration with healthcare providers to ensure the successful adoption and optimal use of Vitalhub’s technology, ultimately improving patient care and operational efficiencies. The Project Manager is responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from initiation through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and meet all specified requirements. This role can be located in eitherToronto or Kingston.\nYour Responsibilities:\nCoordinate and work collaboratively with internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.\nLead and deliver multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget (whilst carefully monitoring and tracking revenue recognition for professional services).\nDevelop detailed project plans, set milestones, and allocate resources effectively.\nAct as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, providing regular updates, and managing expectations.\nSupport the Senior Project Manager to ensure effective preparation and presentation of project financial data within the NetSuite program and Ruddr platform. Making sure planned hours and actual hours are adhered to during the project phase.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including implementation and integration specialists, business analysts, developers and support staff, to ensure project goals are met\nDeveloping project scope, objectives and deliverables, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility.\nEnsure resource availability and allocation.\nDevelop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, resource allocation, meeting minutes and change requests.\nUse appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.\nMeasure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.\nReport and escalate to management as needed.\nManage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.\nIdentify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring potential issues are addressed proactively.\nPerform risk management to minimise project risks - proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks - identifying project risks, potential delays and dependencies and initiating corrective action as appropriate (adjusting project plans accordingly).\nResolve project-related issues quickly and effectively to minimise project delays and budget overruns.\nMaintain and monitor risk logs and ensure that mitigation plans are put in place for high-priority risks.\nPrepare and present regular project reports, including project status reports, progress updates, risk assessments and performance metrics to key stakeholders (internal/external).\nImplement lessons learned from completed projects to improve future project delivery processes and methodologies.\nEssential Experience:\nProven working experience as a Project Manager in the Information Technology sector.\nExperience of managing and leading multiple projects at one time.\nThorough understanding of project management techniques and methods.\nExcellent client-facing and internal communication and interpersonal skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nSolid organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.\nStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project.\nProblem-solving and decision-making abilities.\nDetail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.\nAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.\nProactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.\nNice to Haves:\nPMP / Agile / PRINCE II certification is a plus.\nExperience of using Ruddr.\nExperience in Healthcare Technology.\nUnderstanding of healthcare systems and regulatory requirements in the Canada.\nProficiency in project management software and tools.\nWorking Conditions:\nEmployee may sit for prolonged periods of time\nProlonged periods of time viewing computer monitor and keyboarding\nTight deadlines, with multiple and rapidly changing priorities\nInteracting with internal and external stakeholders\nOpen office floor plan means noise and a regular flow of people around the office.\nEmployee may be required to travel (overnight) as required.\nHours of Work:\nWorkweeks are five days, Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day, starting at 0800, 0830 or 0900, as agreed upon between the employee and their manager. \nMinimum hours of work each week is 40, unless otherwise agreed to between the employee and their manager. \nEmployee may be required to work additional hours, including occasions.\nVacancy Status:This posting represents an active vacancy for which we are currently hiring.\nVitalHub is committed to equal opportunities in employment.
