The candidate must operate within the defined team and service structure, and will be responsible, in the next areas, for:\nChecking of the invoices.\nPreparation/downloading of the relevant documents linked to the invoices.\nCollaboration with other departments to collect, analyze and interpret the data.\nBookkeeping.\nReconciling the company’s bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers\nCompleting analysis of the employee expenditures\nManaging income and expenditure accounts\nInitiating and managing financial and accounting software used by the company.\nA team player in the monthly/quarterly/yearly close-out\nIn addition, the candidate can be asked to provide support to activities that are not directly linked with this job description but are related to candidate's competencies or experience.\nWhat you offer:\nEducation and experience\nBachelor’s degree in Accounting.\nGood knowledge the Accounting and Finance principles.\nA minimum of one year of experience in a similar function.\nLanguage skills\nFluency in French is required.\nEnglish is a strong asset (all the documents are in English)\nAnother language will be considered an asset.\nComputer skills:\nDeep knowledge of Microsoft’s suite.\nKnowledge of accounting software or ERP software.\nExperience working with SAP S/4HANA and/or Exact will be considered an asset.\nSoft skills:\nAnalytical capabilities and a high sense of work organization.\nAttention to detail.\nExcellent organizational skills and ability to cope with stress and prioritize tasks.\nExcellent
