In particular to sell the benefits of AI and Machine Learning integration. The ideal candidate combines strong statistical and machine learning knowledge with hands-on software engineering skills, and thrives in environments with messy, real-world data.\nThis role requires someone who can independently build prototypes, iterate rapidly, and communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
