Together we help our customers and their patients to fulfill the dream of having a baby.\nThe job includes but not limited to specimen reception and inspection as well as entering data into the reporting system, recording incidences, receiving/recording consumables, receive, clean and assemble kit components, and other needed responsibilities to support US & LATAM.\nLocation: On-site only\nResponsibilities\nFollow the laboratory's procedures for specimen handling and maintaining records of patient test results.\n\nAdhere to the laboratory's quality control policies and procedures.\n\nAssemble and/or disassemble kit trays and materials as needed.\n\nClean and maintain the sample receiving area so that it can function in a neat and orderly manner.\n\nIdentify problems that may adversely affect test performance and either must correct the problems.\n\nDocument all corrective actions taken when test systems deviate from the laboratory's established performance specifications.\n\nProvide assistance to the Laboratory Technologists as needed.\n\nResponsible for handling documentation requirements\n\nOutsourcing and overseeing of sample reception area.\n\nProviding administrative support to the laboratory team.\nEnsuring accuracy and proof-reading any company documentation prior to registering the data in the software.\n\nEntering and updating client data where required using the proper software.\n\nRegistering non-conformities related to pre-analytical steps.\n\nMust be able to lift up to 50lbs.\n\nOther duties as assigned or needed.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nAssociate degree in related fields is preferred.\n\nMore than 1 year of experience in the same or similar role in a laboratory.\n\nBenefits\n401(k) with Employer Match\n\nMedical/Dental/Vision/ GAP insurance\n\nIVF Coverage\n\nBasic Life and AD&D\n\nShort / Long Term Disability\n\nCritical Illness and Accident Insurance\n\nEmployee Assistance Program\n\nFlexible Spending & Health Savings Account\n\nPaid Time Off + 10 Paid Holidays\n\nAn offer of employment is contingent on the successful passing of a background check.
