Vitu has offices in California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Minnesota, Montana, North Carolina, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, and Virginia.\nJob Summary\nThe Account Executive position is held by a dynamic, highly motivated, service-oriented individual maintaining and building professional relationships with Vitu clients. \nKey Responsibilities\nVirtually train dealership and TSA personnel on the use of Vitu.\nMeet virtually with dealership and TSA management to review processes and procedures pertaining to their MVA paperwork.\nMonitor error rates, active user list, and approvals to ensure compliance with MVA's regulations.\nMaintain a strong business relationship with key dealership and TSA personnel.\nProvide Vitu/VITU support via phone, chat, and email as needed.\nDeliver exceptional customer service and support by being responsive and proactive to customer needs.\nClient Advocate - Suggests improvements to the program on behalf of the client and addresses client issues and concerns.\nCompliance - Ensure that the dealership/TSA is following MVA EVR procedures and regulations by conducting compliance audits.\nMVA Support - The AE will be called on by clients to answer or find the answer to complex DMV issues.\nNavigate a dealer's DMS to ensure that it is calculating DMV fees properly.\n\nMinimum Qualifications and Experience \nExperience with Reports of Sale and other related MVA documents for both new and used vehicles\nAccount management in a business-to-business environment is preferred. \nExperience with MVA accounting and bundle reconciliation\nEVR program knowledge (E-filing)\nKnowledge of MVA regulations pertaining to registration processing\nExperience with Chrome and Firefox configuration and settings \nAble to use various PC programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Drive\nAble to effectively communicate with high-level executives\nAble to work independently with limited supervision\n Compensation \n The salary range for this position is: $60-68,000\n The final pay for this position will be determined by multiple factors including, but not limited to, location, education, experience, training and skills. \n\nAt Vitu, our engaged workforce is the key to our success.
