Vitu has offices in California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Minnesota, Montana, North Carolina, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, and Virginia.\nJob Summary\nOur level 2 Contract Implementation specialist will be responsible for reviewing and managing customer contracts with Vitu and/or DMVs. This person will have in-depth knowledge of regulations, policies, and procedures and will make decisions based on that knowledge. This role will oversee the contractual process that will affect multiple teams. Other responsibilities as listed below.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage business rules related to contracts, including motor vehicle and legal requirements.\nMaintain Existing accounts as needed.\nAssist with internal audits, special projects, and client communication.\nUpdate and manage multiple databases.\nMaintain relationships with DMV/state agencies to stay up to date with policies.\nAssist accounting and/or operations with financial issues related to non-compliance.\nParticipates in system testing for new products and feature rollouts upon request.\nMinimum Qualifications and Experience\n3+ years of experience in an administrative capacity.\nContract administration with audit and review experience.\nProficient in EVR systems and understanding business rules.\nStrong planning, analytical, attention to detail and problem-solving skills.\n\nCompensation \nThe hourly range for this position is: $21 - $24/hour\nThe final pay for this position will be determined by multiple factors including, but not limited to, location, education, experience, training and skills.\n\nAt Vitu, our engaged workforce is the key to our success.
