The role will include multiple activities within a secure area. Business Services Specialists are required to handle documents in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner while maintaining a consistent flow from one department to the next. This role may be performing functions such as pulling titles, sorting, validating titles, sort put away, special projects, and other job tasks required within the department. \nKey Responsibilities\n Handle documents in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining a consistent flow from one department to the next\n Retrieve perfecting documents from a secured vault repository\n Follows established procedures and compliance requirements\nPerforms other duties as necessary\n Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including occasional mandatory overtime\nAttention to Detail, good organizational skills, adaptability, demonstrate consistent accuracy and thoroughness, efficient and timely completion of work\nThis is a position where you will be required to be on your feet\n Attention to detail and document accuracy are required\nThe use of stairs/step-ladders is required\n\nMinimum Qualifications and Experience\nHigh School Diploma/GED. \nAttention to detail.\nExcellent interpersonal and collaborative skills to work effectively with teams throughout organization \n\nCompensation and Schedule \n\nThe hourly rate range for this position is: $19 - $22\nThe standard schedule will be a swing shift: Mon, Fri 12pm-8:30pm & Tues, Wed, Thurs 1pm-9:30p\n\nThe final pay for this position will be determined by multiple factors including, but not limited to, location, education, experience, training and skills.\n\nAt Vitu, our engaged workforce is the key to our success.
