The candidate best suited for the position will have excellent communication, attention to detail, punctuality, and organization. Someone who is self-motivated, goal oriented, positive and has a great attitude. A clean driving record and current driver’s license is required. \nKey Responsibilities\nFile documents Scan large quantities of paperwork \nReceive, open and sort mail \nData entry Maintains quality service by following organization standards \nMust be able to perform repetitive tasks with concentration \nMust be able to thrive in a fast paced and demanding work environment.\nMinimum Qualifications and Experience\nHigh School Diploma/GED. \nAttention to detail.\nExcellent interpersonal and collaborative skills to work effectively with teams throughout organization \nAt least one year of experience as a Document Control Specialist, Audit support or related field\nAbility to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing\nAbility to learn new technologies quickly\n\nCompensation and Schedule \n\nThe hourly rate range for this position is: $18.40 - $22\nThe standard schedule will be Monday - Friday, 7am -3:30pm with occasional mandatory overtime. \n\nThe final pay for this position will be determined by multiple factors including, but not limited to, location, education, experience, training and skills.\n\nAt Vitu, our engaged workforce is the key to our success.
