This position is responsible for accurately preparing, verifying, and packaging license plate shipments using specialized software and warehouse tools. Working in a fast-paced environment, the Fulfillment Clerk ensures timely and accurate order completion while maintaining cleanliness, organization, and inventory control at their workstation.\nKey Responsibilities\nOrder Processing: Prepare and process license plate shipments accurately according to order specifications and shipping deadlines.\nQuality Control: Verify each order for the correct plate number, label, and documentation before packing.\nPackaging: Package shipments securely and efficiently using warehouse materials, ensuring items are protected in transit.\nInventory Handling: Monitor and maintain stock levels for shipping materials and license plates; report low inventory as needed.\nWorkstation Organization: Keep assigned work area clean and organized, complying with safety and efficiency standards.\nCross-Functional Support: Assist in other areas of the fulfillment or warehouse operation as needed, including plate sorting, sticker application, or bulk shipping.\n\nMinimum Qualifications and Experience\n Proficiency with barcode scanning systems\nFamiliarity with iX-9 mailing and shipping equipment\nAbility to accurately weigh and label outgoing shipmentsStrong attention to detail for logging and documentation\nBasic computer literacy for working with Google Docs, and other software\nStrong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and speed\nAbility to use basic software tools and label printers\nAbility to lift to 35lbs and stand or move for extended periods\n\nCompensation \n\nThe hourly rate range for this position is: $17.00 - $18.00\n\nFinal compensation for this position will be determined based upon the applicant’s relevant experience, skillset, education, location, business needs, market demands, and other factors as permitted by law. \n\nAt Vitu, our engaged workforce is the key to our success.
