Together, we help tens of thousands of clients safely age in the comfort of their homes.\nJob Description\nThe Full Stack JavaScript Developer works in a small agile development team, producing the most advanced home care practice management system in the industry. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside talented developers tackling challenging problems using the JavaScript stack.\nThough we're currently working remotely, we're only considering candidates who reside in or are in easy reach of the GTA as in-office work will be needed periodically.\nWhat You’ll Do\nBuild and maintain functionality end to end, from React interfaces to Node.js services and MongoDB data models.\nWork on features across the platform that home care operators rely on every day, such as scheduling and client and caregiver management.\nCollaborate with product, QA, and fellow developers to scope work, review code, and ship reliably.\nInvestigate and resolve production issues, improving the stability and performance of a platform that operators across multiple sites depend on.\nWrite tests and contribute to keeping the codebase clean and maintainable as it grows.\nWhat You Bring\nA minimum of 5 years experience in JavaScript development.\nExperience using, or familiarity with, React, Node.js, MongoDB. \nExperience working in a collaborative agile environment.\nExperience using GIT or a similar source control platform.\nEnthusiasm for clean and tested code.\nExperience leveraging AI coding agents such as Claude Code or Codex to accelerate development.\nAn ability to learn, adapt, and grow in response to challenges within the home care industry.\nWhat We Offer\nCompetitive salary and benefits.\nA flexible and energetic corporate culture that works with your lifestyle.\nA chance to work with a strong team that values the opinions of every member\nOpportunities to be mentored and grow your skills.\nWe embrace the uniqueness and perspectives of the community of people who work here and the clients for whom we care.
