When you join us, you're stepping into a future-forward environment where technology empowers every role, driving smarter, more efficient.\nRequirements\n BSc degree in Computer Science or a similar technical field;\n Minimum of 3 years of experience in Operations, or a related field in Financial Services;\n AI literacy: Ability to work with and adapt to AI-powered tools (e.g., chatbots, CRM automation, predictive analytics);\n In-depth knowledge of the Interbanking ecosystem and Card Processing Networks;\n Proficient expertise with relational database systems, SQL Server, and log analytics;\n Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Pivots, formulas, macros, editing, presentation and archivation);\n Comprehension of programming concept, flow of data, and web communication protocols (APIs);\n Strong organization skills, the ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, multi-task, and prioritize;\n Be self-driven and a quick learner to adopt new technologies and methodologies;\n Superior communication skills in working with technical and non-technical oriented people.
