\nIdentify and develop strategic collaborations with partners across Italy; \nDrive partner success by executing growth strategies focused on long-term value and customer satisfaction; \nSupport high-impact partner engagements and resolve complex issues or escalations; \nOversee the Partner Relationship Representative pipeline and opportunities, adjusting focus as needed and reporting progress to senior management; \nFoster a high-performing team through coaching, mentoring, and talent development;
