Direct exposure to financial services regulators is highly valued; \n University degree in Law; a Master’s in European Banking/Payments Regulation, Risk Management, or related fields will be considered a strong advantage; \n Deep understanding of Greek and EU financial services regulations, particularly banking frameworks and supervision (e.g., CRR, CRD, DORA). You’re confident navigating complex regulatory landscapes and translating them into actionable strategies; \n Familiarity with AI tools in legal and compliance practice (e.g., AI-based legal research, contract review automation, document management platforms). Comfort in collaborating with tech teams (CIOs, IT professionals, system developers, software engineers) to bridge compliance with innovation; \n Fluent in English with strong relationship-building and influencing skills, able to engage effectively with stakeholders, advisers, and regulators; \n Agile and adaptable, with proven project management and problem-solving skills.
