You’ll play a central role in ensuring smooth onboarding, seamless API integrations, and continuous compliance with evolving fiscal regulations while working closely with internal teams, including Engineering and Product.\nThis role blends technical consulting, fiscal obligations understanding, and developer enablement and it’s critical to our mission to scale secure and compliant commerce across the continent.\nKey Responsibilities\nAct as the primary technical liaison between ISV partners and Viva.com, supporting them throughout the fiscalisation API integration process across multiple countries;\n Understand and map technical requirements to regional fiscalisation regulations, ensuring successful and compliant implementations by our ISV partners;\nTroubleshoot and resolve complex API integration issues, including schema validation errors, authentication problems, and transaction failures, in collaboration with engineering teams;\nGuide ISVs and internal teams on how to maximize the use of the fiscalisation API, including edge cases and regulatory nuances;\nTest functionality and ensure compliance of ISV implementations; identify and report bugs for resolution in coordination with engineers;\nSupport onboarding processes for new ISVs and system integrators, ensuring smooth end-to-end technical setup (POS, ERP, middleware systems);\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with key technical and business stakeholders across ISV partners and key merchants, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the partnership lifecycle;\nLead regular stakeholder meetings and reviews, aligning technical initiatives, priorities, timelines and business objectives between ISV partners/key merchants and Viva.com;\nOwn and proactively manage partner and key merchant escalations, balancing technical requirements, business priorities and stakeholder expectations;\nIdentify opportunities to strengthen partner adoption, engagement and long-term success, providing strategic guidance on best practices and product capabilities;\nDeliver technical training and documentation for internal stakeholders, including webinars, guides, and tutorials;\nMaintain and update developer-facing content, including the Developer Portal, user manuals, and API reference materials;\nMonitor ISV and key merchant satisfaction and proactively manage escalations, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and expectations are met;\nCollaborate with Product and Strategic Partners Presales and Success Managers to define requirements for new features, improvements, and AI agent training content.\nAt Viva.com, we believe in amplifying human potential through AI.
