You will be expected to work autonomously, identify areas for optimization, challenge existing processes, and actively contribute to the evolution of our DevOps practices.\nA strong focus will be placed on Azure DevOps, AKS, CI/CD automation, Infrastructure-as-Code, Datadog observability, cloud-native operations, and AI-assisted automation.\nResponsibilities:\nDesign, implement, maintain, and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines across multiple applications, services, and environments;\nSupport and enhance deployment automation using Azure DevOps, YAML pipelines, scripting, templates, and reusable pipeline components;\nContribute to the migration, operation, and optimization of workloads running on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and other cloud-native platforms;\nBuild, maintain, and improve Infrastructure-as-Code practices to support repeatable, secure, and scalable infrastructure delivery;\nAutomate manual and repetitive operational tasks using scripting, tooling, and where applicable, AI-assisted automation capabilities;\nSupport the standardization and continuous improvement of release management, deployment governance, and production delivery processes;\nImplement and maintain observability capabilities using Datadog, including monitors, dashboards, logs, metrics, alerts, and integrations;\nCollaborate with SRE and engineering teams to improve system reliability, incident detection, alert quality, and operational visibility;\nProactively identify performance, scalability, reliability, and cost optimization opportunities across infrastructure and delivery workflows;\nParticipate in the design and implementation of cloud-native solutions with a focus on resilience, maintainability, automation, and operational excellence;\nResearch, evaluate, and introduce emerging technologies, including AI-powered DevOps, observability, automation, and incident response tooling;\nWork closely with development, QA, infrastructure, security, and operations teams to enable efficient end-to-end delivery;\nContribute to technical documentation, operational runbooks, deployment guides, and knowledge-sharing practices;\nTake ownership of assigned initiatives and drive them independently from analysis and implementation through validation and operational handover.\nAt Viva.com, we believe in amplifying human potential through AI. Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent proven professional experience;\nAt least 2 years of hands-on experience in a DevOps Engineer, Cloud Engineer, Platform Engineer, or similar role;\nStrong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, including resource deployment, configuration, monitoring, and operational management;\nPractical experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, repositories, service connections, artifacts, and release automation;\nGood understanding of Kubernetes, preferably with hands-on experience in Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS);\nExperience with containerization technologies such as Docker and container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes, AKS, OpenShift, or similar;\nExperience with Infrastructure-as-Code concepts and tools such as ARM templates, Bicep, Terraform, or similar;\nSolid scripting skills using PowerShell, Bash/Shell, or Python,experience with Windows and Linux server administration;\nFamiliarity with monitoring and observability practices, ideally using Datadog or similar platforms;\nUnderstanding of logs, metrics, alerts, dashboards, incident response workflows and familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git;\nExperience with build automation and dependency management tools such as Maven, Gradle, NuGet, or similar;\nStrong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to
