You'll work closely with the founders, talk directly to customers, and see your code in production within days of writing it.\nThe Role\n\nWe're looking for a bilingual full-stack developer who's equally comfortable in a terminal, on a customer call, and in a GitHub PR. This isn't a ticket-taker role, you'll own problems from first contact to resolution, and you'll have the judgment to know when to fix fast and when to spec carefully.\nIf you like building things that matter to real users, explaining technical decisions in plain language, and working without layers of bureaucracy, this role was designed for you.\nWhat You'll Own\n\nCustomer issues end-to-end:triage → clarify (calls, email) → reproduce → fix or spec → ship → follow up with a clear summary in French or English\n\nFeature development:build and maintain features in Ruby on Rails and React; write tests and documentation; collaborate in GitHub (issues, PRs, code reviews)\n\nMoodle integrations:extend and customize our LMS platform (plugins, web services, SSO, data flows)\n\nProduction health:diagnose incidents using logs, traces, and SQL;
