Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience;\nAt least 5 years of hands-on experience in a DevOps, Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or similar role;\nStrong experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps;\nHands-on experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, reusable templates, release automation, repositories, and artifacts;\nStrong knowledge of Kubernetes, preferably Azure Kubernetes Service, and containerization technologies such as Docker;\nExperience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates, or similar;\nStrong scripting skills using PowerShell, Bash, Python, or similar languages;\nExperience with Windows and Linux environments;\nGood understanding of observability, including logs, metrics, dashboards, alerting, and incident response;\nExperience with Datadog or a similar observability platform;\nFamiliarity with Git and build automation tools such as Maven, Gradle, or NuGet;\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills;\nAbility to independently lead technical initiatives and work across multiple engineering teams.\nNice to Have\nExperience with large-scale AKS environments, KEDA, autoscaling, and cloud cost optimization;\nExperience with Datadog APM, Infrastructure Monitoring, RUM, Logs, or Synthetic
