The successful candidate must have a skill pool that enables configuration and administration of Viva servers and network infrastructure. In addition to this, suitable candidates should also be able to take point in resolving escalated incidents and issues logged by our internal ticketing system.\nResponsibilities:\nBe responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and administration of production IT infrastructure (On premises & Cloud);\nDesign, deploy and maintain our cloud-based infrastructure within Microsoft Azure; including Azure Active Directory, IaaS infrastructure (VMs, Networking firewalls/security,VPN IPSec), SaaS and PaaS infrastructure (services such as Redis, RabbitMQ, Azure Databases, AKS, Service Fabric,App Services,etc);\nBe in charge of the maintenance, configuration and administration of networking infrastructure including switches, firewalls and load-balancers;\nCollaborate with Viva core teams, as well as third-party partners, in support of our service level agreements (SLAs);\nWork with solution engineers and developers to identify business requirements and suggests service improvements and/or new technology directions;\nMonitoring and maintaining network and services, like VPN,Firewalls,Application Services,etc;\nPerforming system upgrades following new releases;\nExperience with scripting and automation tools;\nCreate and maintain documentation of systems processes and procedures;\nAssist IT Operations management in defining procurement budgets for IT and infrastructure projects;\nHave strong problem analyzing, tracking and solving skills.\nAt Viva.com, we believe in amplifying human potential through AI.
