Our 9-person Talent Acquisition team is looking for its next teammate to keep hiring moving across our product lines and make sure no candidate gets lost in the shuffle.\nWhat you’ll do\nMake hiring happen ← your first challenge\nDrive the pipeline: Tackle our Executive Assistant and Recruiting Coordinator pipelines from start to finish: job post → screening, interviews, assessments → deciding if we hire → offer and pre-onboarding process.\n\nKeep everyone in the loop: Share clear, regular updates with candidates that make them feel valued, regardless of the outcome, and keep your team (and Vivans) informed through async and live channels.\n\nKeep our data clean: Keep our ATS and other tools accurate and up to date, so everyone knows where each process stands.\n\nMake hiring better ← your second challenge\nAlways look for a better way: Make hiring smoother and improve candidate experience at every touchpoint. That could be Talent Acquisition, Training, People Operations, HR, or employee experience. Your title matters less than the perspective you bring; direct recruiting experience isn’t required.\n\nYou make processes better. You’ve spotted a workflow, system, or experience that wasn’t working well for the people using it, then improved it without waiting to be asked.\n\nYou put people experience first. You think about what candidates and teammates need to know, how they may be feeling, and how each step can leave them feeling considered and valued.\n\nYou communicate clearly, concisely, and confidently in English.
